REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS – POLICE DEPARTMENT RENOVATIONS

Selinsgrove Borough will receive sealed bids for Police Department renovations needed at the Selinsgrove Police Department located at 100 West Pine Street Selinsgrove, PA 17870. Specifications regarding the work needed may be viewed at the Borough Office, One North High Street, Selinsgrove, PA 17870 or via the Borough website at: www.selinsgrove.org. For specific questions and bid documents regarding the needed repairs please contact Principal Architect, Ted Strosser at 570-847-5125 or via email at TLS@MarottaMain.com. There will be a pre-bid meeting on Friday, October 3, 2025 at 10:00am in the Council Chambers of Selinsgrove Borough Offices located at 1 N. High Street Selinsgrove, PA.

Bids will be received until 2:00 PM, local prevailing time, on October 24, 2025 at the Selinsgrove Borough Office, at which time all proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. A decision on the request for proposals is expected to be made at the November Borough Council meeting. All work may begin following the award of the contract and notice to proceed being issued. All work is expected to be completed within 90 days from the award date. All work on the project is separated by prime and should be bid accordingly (general, electrical, plumbing, mechanical).
