REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS – NON-REVOLVING LINE OF CREDIT
Selinsgrove Borough is requesting proposals for a non-revolving line of credit in the amount of
$1,000,000.00 (one million dollars) which will be reimbursed with grants within 2 years.
1. Rate of Interest
2. Associated Costs and/or Fees
3. Repayment Terms: Payments to be made as funding is received from grant sources.
Advise any fees and expenses associated with the borrowing of funds.
Advise prepayment options.
Advise any additional covenants required by the Borough.
Proposals may be submitted by a “REPLY” to this email or by other appropriate means and must be
received by the Borough on or before Thursday, May 28, 2026 at 3 PM.
