RFP Loan-Lease for Purchase of a Police Car and Accessories Due 10.30.2026

Selinsgrove Borough Council is accepting proposals for a loan/lease for the purchase of a
police car and accessories at an estimated cost of $90,000.00 which will be purchased through a
costar’s vendor. Bough Council intends to have this indebtedness qualified as a tax—free loan. If
you require additional information and/or the audits please contact Sharon M. Badman, Borough Treasurer.
Depending on availability, closing may not occur for up to 3-6 months.
Annual Payment scheduled for June or July each year.
Terms for a 3, 4, and 5 year repayment options.
No penalty for early payoff.
Expiration of Quote — ideally 60 days but a minimum of 30 days.
If you are interested in providing Selinsgrove Borough with this loan/lease please send or
fax your proposal no later than October 30, 2026. Selinsgrove Borough Council Finance
Committee will consider all proposals and make a recommendation to Selinsgrove Borough
