The resident and/or business should call to let us know this is happening since the site is monitored. We need to know the name of the company\, make/model of the vehicle\, and the license plate to avoid the business receiving a violation letter/fine for illegal dumping.\nGarden Residue\, Brush\, & Leaves ONLY!\nPlace at locations noted by signs in the yard area. \nNO GRASS CLIPPINGS.  \nNO BAGS.  \nNO DEMOLITION MATERIAL OR FILL.\nONLY Selinsgrove Borough residents can bring the compostable items listed above\, but the resulting mulch is available to anyone.  \n  \nSelinsgrove Borough is mandated by Act 101 of the State of Pennsylvania to require its residential\, commercial\, municipal\, and institutional establishments to recycle items.
