We invite all customers and interested parties to submit written comments regarding this proposed change. The comment period will remain open for 30 days\, beginning on December 17\, 2025 and ending on January 16\, 2026. Comments can be submitted 1) in writing at Selinsgrove Borough Office\, 1 N. High Street\, Selinsgrove\, PA 17870\, M-F 8:30am-4:30pm\, 2) by postal mail at above address\, 3) at regular monthly meetings: Selinsgrove Borough Council: January 5\, 2026 at 7:00pm; Selinsgrove Municipal Authority: January 8\, 2026 at 7:00pm; or 4) at a Public Hearing on December 18\, 2025 at 5:30pm.
